We maintain an active presence in the neighborhoods of Shoreditch London where we have been based since 2007 and in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. AFFECT-T is involved in projects in the US, Australia, UK , and China ranging in scale from small built furniture to large multi-story buildings. The studio maintains a small staff so it can focus on select projects. This is keeping with the belief that a creative clarity and the highest degree of construction quality are only achieved through closest control and involvement.
